Job Summary:

As an IT Technician, your role will involve managing the help desk to address customer inquiries. This position offers an engaging opportunity with a variety of challenges:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the helpdesk (both online and telephone);
  • Providing user support;
  • Escalating higher-level requests to the relevant team;
  • Tracking and monitoring requests;
  • Performing software configurations through the user interface;
  • Acting as a consultant (as you progress in your role).

Technical skills:

  • Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with technological tools
  • Quick adaptability to new software
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows
  • Basics in cybersecurity, networks, and antivirus
  • Customer support experience (an asset)

Desired skills:

  • Effective communication in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Reliability, organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and effectively

Working Conditions:

  • Hourly rate: $20 to $30 (based on experience)
  • Benefits:
