Job Summary:
As an IT Technician, your role will involve managing the help desk to address customer inquiries. This position offers an engaging opportunity with a variety of challenges:

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the helpdesk (both online and telephone);
- Providing user support;
- Escalating higher-level requests to the relevant team;
- Tracking and monitoring requests;
- Performing software configurations through the user interface;
- Acting as a consultant (as you progress in your role).
Technical skills:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with technological tools
- Quick adaptability to new software
- Advanced knowledge of Windows
- Basics in cybersecurity, networks, and antivirus
- Customer support experience (an asset)
Desired skills:
- Effective communication in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliability, organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and effectively
Working Conditions:
- Hourly rate: $20 to $30 (based on experience)
